A donor with surplus food calls Gainesville Harvest. One of our coordinators takes the call, then
schedules a volunteer to pick up fresh food and deliver it to a local agency site and distribution sites.
This efficient network assures that the surplus food is collected on a daily basis and served to the hungry of Gainesville and surrounding areas.
